Breakfast Burrito with Sausage Gravy Recipe

Breakfast burritos are a delicious and filling way to start your day. This recipe adds a twist by topping your burrito with a rich and creamy sausage gravy. It's sure to be a hit with family and friends.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
Instructions:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until it is no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease.
- Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir until it is completely incorporated. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
